Our co-founder Jon spent 15 years as a bartender at Disney prior to starting his own company. Jon has personally opened four major bars including being selected as an opening trainer for Oga’s Cantina at Disney’s Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge.

Our executive chef has served hundreds of thousands of hungry people in her career! She spent many years as a head chef for the United States Air Force Auxiliary. After that she moved to Florida to start a culinary adventure at Disney. She loved her time at Disney’s Polynesian resort! She is experienced in serving small and large groups and is ready to make your every wish come true!
